Most of what we hear from customers falls into two buckets: confirming a cover will fit a specific truck and model year, or deciding between the roll-up and quad-fold styles. Both go faster if you send your truck’s make, model year, and bed length. If you’ve already ordered through Amazon, order status and shipping run through your Amazon account directly, but we’re glad to help with fitment or product questions either way.

Which model-year listing do I need for my F-150 or Silverado?
Both trucks have two separate listings on our site, split by model-year range and bed rail generation. Send us your exact model year and we’ll confirm which listing matches your truck.
Will this fit my Ram if it has RamBox?
No. Dexso’s Ram covers are built for trucks without the RamBox cargo management system. Send us your truck’s year and trim if you’re not sure whether you have RamBox.
Which cover style should I get — roll-up or quad-fold?
If you want the fastest route to a fully open bed, go with roll-up. If you’d rather open just one section at a time, go with quad-fold. Email us your truck details if you want a second opinion.
Can I request a fitment for a truck that isn’t listed?
Yes — send us the make, model, model year, and bed length and we’ll let you know if a fitment is planned.
How do I check on an order I placed on Amazon?
Since orders are completed and fulfilled through Amazon, order status, shipping, and returns are handled directly through your Amazon account. We’re happy to help with fitment or product questions in the meantime.
Do you offer installation support?
